Adult cancer survivors are invited to sign up for the fall 2021 session of Camp Bluebird, a retreat scheduled for Oct. 21-22 at Ascension Sacred Heart's Miracle Camp in Beulah. Camp Bluebird will be a two day retreat offering support, education and renewal. All adult cancer patients are encouraged to participate, even if they are not seeing an Ascension Sacred Heart doctor. A fun Mardi Gras theme is planned for the fall camp.
Located on Beulah Road in Escambia County, the Miracle Camp complex is nestled in a 40-acre nature preserve and includes dorms, a dining hall, activities center and nature trails. Camp Bluebird activities include arts and crafts, pampering, education, optional sharing sessions, entertainment and more.
